Who we are

Hi, I'm Gretchelle—a self-taught baker whose hobby blossomed into an undeniable passion. Growing up in an Americanized Filipino household with no cooking experience, I’ve always had a deep love for desserts.

I still remember pressing my little hands against the glass case of a Filipino bakery, my curious brown eyes mesmerized by the rows of cakes on display. My favorite? The Ube roll cake—its vibrant purple layers gleaming under a topping of white frosting and a crown of cherries.

I never imagined that one day, I’d be the one baking an array of sweet treats, yet here I am, living that dream. As someone who loves trying new things and taking on challenges, baking has become my creative outlet.

After plenty of failed dinners and trial-and-error recipes, I turned to desserts and started experimenting. The enthusiastic and overflowing feedback I’ve been given by family and friends inspired me to specialize in dessert-making. Determined to keep things affordable and creative, I jumped headfirst into the dessert business—and I’ve never looked back.

I wouldn’t be who I am today without the love and support of my close family and friends. They’ve been my biggest cheerleaders through every step of this journey.
